School Picnic and Parade

Marching in the school picnic parade is something we have done in my family since before I can remember. It is alot of fun sometimes really hot, but this year it was beautiful.

Gini and her friend Liz.
Nina and Maddy blowing bubbles...
Our favoritest police officer in the city...Aunt Jackie!!

Below Trey watches the parade with his dollar PaPa gave him to spend at the Picnic later that evening

Look Who's Almost 1!!

Here is my niece Seneca. She was home visiting in May so we decided to have an almost 1st Birthday Party.
Our family is always looking for a good excuse to get together, eat and have fun.
Stay tuned for the big birthday bash in a few weeks when the girls, Aunt MiMi and I go to CA.

Not so sure about this cake stuff....
hmmmm....this frosting might be pretty good.
As it turned out she didn't eat a who bunch but she did have fun making mess!

We just love that beautiful smile!!

Eight is Great

A week after Nina turned eight she got baptised. It was a very special day for her.

Here is the dress her Grandma made for the special day. Nina helped her pick out the design and the fabric. It turned out so beautiful!

Birthday's and Makeovers...

As always birthdays aren't celebrated in just one day at our house.  Usually it is a week long affair.  Nina had a fabulous birthday party with friends, lots of food and fun on her birthday.  She also celebrated with a trip to the salon to get a manicure and pedicure.  We opened some family presents after dinner out.  Oh and don't forget the cake and ice cream too!!
Happy 8th Birthday Miss Nina "Belle"
