Easter.....

Somedays it is more challenging than others to get my kids to sit all together for a photo....today not so bad but not so good either....none the less they are kids, they are mine and I think they are cute! 

Searching fo all the eggs with her name on them.  Our Easter Bunny plays it fair and square.  Sometimes he hides them so hard you can't find them though.  Thank goodness for Aunt Katie.  She rescued a few for us to pick up another day!!

Trey is super proud of his hunting abilities.  You might notice the kids are sporting their rain boots.  We have had more rain and bad storms this year than normal.  This week being especially bad for the midwest.  We were just so greatful to have a dry hour to go outside for the hunt and came prepared boot to keep our feet clean and dry. 

 Gini was the only 1 of my 3 that was able to find all of her eggs.  Maybe next year the Bunny won't make it so hard.  Look at where he hid a special egg for Aunt Katie.

 

Now I thought 3 was tricky to snap a photo of.  Instead I'll Try 13 of the 16 cousins.  

Birthday Wishes.....

Nina loves to get her nails done and so do most girls.  This year for her birthday we went to a local Nail Spa and she a a few of her friends got manis and pedis.  It was alot of fun!  Here are some photos that recap the night....

On the Hunt!

Today we went to a Easter activity at church. They had 3 eggs hunts based on age and 150 eggs in each hunt. It was a lot crazy because they all happened at the same time and I couldn't be in 2 places at once. The kids got plenty of eggs and it turned out to be a gorgeous day after all the rain early this morning. After the hunt we all stuck around and played at the park and had a picnic lunch.

Sleep Over

The girls best friends are moving in a few weeks to Oregon..... We decided it would be fun to have them sleep over once before they journey west. 

First the girls played with their American Girl Dolls and then it was time for nails.

 They also read some stories had ice cream sundaes, and don't forget the popcorn and movie.

Before bed they all read their books for a few minutes and despite the late night.........

still had energy for funny faces and Scabby Doo in the morning! Wow that was super fun!!
